On the morning of June 18th, all the staff of Sports Department held a meeting on the second floor of the gymnasium. The leaders of the participating departments made speeches successively, summarized the work of each line in this semester, and arranged the work of the summer vacation and the next semester. 

After the meeting, teachers and staff were divided into four groups: small ball, gymnastics, football and basketball, making discussions in groups. Each teacher spoke freely of heartfelt wishes, talking about his or her experience, problems and ideas in terms of teaching outline, teaching methods and examination contents and so on, eliminating doubt and confusion, and learning from each other.
